This year marks the 37th year our water plant has been in operation. It has been an extremely reliable facility, well maintained, produces high-quality treated water, and was one of only a few water plants that continuously operated during the major freeze in 2021. It is time for some major repairs and upgrading at our water plant to enable it to continue to provide our drinking water for the foreseeable future. In order to fund these water plant improvements, the water rates are being increased effective August 1, 2022, (see attached new rates). Our new water rates are still very competitive with other utilities in the area. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the Corporation’s office at (512) 402-1990.
